Inspections
Foundation inspections in Baton Rouge.
A look at the house, inside and out, with floor readings and a plain explanation of what is going on and whether it needs work.
What we check
Cracks, floors, doors, drainage and trees.
The outside brick and slab edge, gutters and grading, trees near the house, interior cracks, doors and windows, and floor elevations. On raised houses, the crawlspace too.
Buying or selling
Before the inspection period runs out.
If a home inspector flagged the foundation on a house you are buying, call early in your inspection period so there is time to get a look and a repair plan before your deadline.
Not every house needs piers
Sometimes the answer is drainage.
Minor movement from seasonal moisture can often be handled by fixing gutters, grading and watering. If that is all it needs, we will say so.
